The warranty period starts with the week of manufacturing stated on the p In case goods of a different trademark than ARMOR have been sold, the warranty period is subject to the warranty regulations as stipulated by the supplier of the goods in question.
  • Based on this warranty of quality ARMOR is obliged to guarantee that for the entire warranty period the sold goods shall be fit for use within the specified purpose or that the goods shall retain the qualities characteristic for the given commodity.

  • The rights resulting from the liability for defects in quality are necessary to be claimed directly with the ARMOR Company. ARMOR reserves the right to decide whether a particular warranty claim is legitimate. The client is obliged to send the fulfilled Reclaim protocol with a description of the manifestations of the defect and a precise designation of the equipment, in which the product has been installed, using e-mail address claim@armor.cz .

  • ARMOR shall make a claim statement at the latest within 10 days after the complaint has been brought to the notice.   • The enforcement of the product liability claim does not affect the damage claim of the client. The customer is entitled to a settlement of damages resulting from the manifestations of the product defects. ARMOR shall compensate the damages on condition that the client has proved defects of ARMOR products, the damage which has arisen and the casual connection.

  • We offer to our customers ecological disposal of empty cartridges at no charge. This offer concerns the empty toners, ink and nylon cartridges ARMOR brand. Sufficient way is to provide us with a copy of an invoice or receipt, that all the cartridges sent to disposal were directly bought from ARMOR or from our partners and we will dispose them at our own costs by a specialized company (transfer costs for transferring the cartridges will have to be paid by customers). More over, under specific conditions we are willing to dispose at no charge, cartridges from a different producers as well. Please, get the information from us or some other official partern of ARMOR about the detail conditions of this services.
    Some kinds (typy) of empty cartridges are bought back. Please get the detail information about the current situation. Free ecological disposal of other than ARMOR toner cartridges will be arranged with the purchase of the same number of disposed toner cartridges ARMOR brand. At the same time the company ARMOR s.r.o. is engaged in system joint stock company EKO-KOM, with which she has an agreement union performance number EK - F00020861 acoording to the law number 477/2001 digest about packaging number 94/2004 digest.
